The award was presented by Chip Day, the 2007 recipient, to Todd Salansky, owner of online thymes, llc. at the 2008 Installation and Awards Dinner held at the Pearl Street Grill on Monday, May 19th.
The “Better People Personality” campaign Todd developed for his client MidCity Office Furniture was based on the primary differentiator his client offered their customers – their people. Anybody in the industry can sell office furniture- but what actually makes an order and install succeed – people. From a unique photo shoot through candid interviews and real world copy, the campaign was launched via print ads, public relations, website and email mediums. The result - their web traffic tripled, sales are up and people are stopping them on the street to talk about office furniture.
