online thymes provides online marketing strategy for holiday valley ski resort

Buffalo, NY: online thymes has created an online marketing strategy for holiday valley focusing on email marketing and streaming video. The strategy was designed to enhance the online experience and drive traffic both online and in person to the resort.

The strategy includes:

create strategy and redesign of existing email newsletter
capture, edit and stream video of guests enjoying the different terrains of the resort
review online traffic statistics and adapt strategy and design accordingly

The first issue of the bi-monthly newsletter was sent out on Friday, December 2, 2005 and can be seen here. It was designed to allow the recipient to navigate to all areas of their website and provide them with the latest snow report, news, calendar and streaming video.

Holiday Valley has a devoted customer base that will really respond to the new strategy implemented. "We want to capture the fun and excitement of skiing and snowboarding on video and pass it to our present and future customers,” says Jane Eshbaugh, Marketing Director at Holiday Valley. “The sport is such a visual experience and streaming video is a great way to entice new visitors."
